Meet our Team

There are about 20 team members and two dogs at the Banana Paper Factory in Zambia. We call it a “banana team” rather than a “staff”. Members live in the village of Enhue near South Luangwa National Park in Zambia. Many have never been employed.

At the Banana team, we value diversity. We value working together while respecting each other in terms of gender, age and religion. The ratio of males and females is almost half, and the age range is wide from 20s to 60s, and the religion is various such as Christianity, Islam, ethnic religion. There are also single mother and HIV positive members.
