One Planet Paper\u00ae\ufe0e and our banana fibre connects to all Global Goals. <\/span>The world is aiming for Sustainable Development with a set of 17 goals challenging issues like poverty, environment, inequality, and the economy. Here we give some examples of how the banana paper project and One Planet Paper\u00ae\ufe0e connects to all 17 Goals and some of the 169 Targets:<\/span><\/p>\n

Use of resources to be recycled in one year. |<\/span> Target 8.7 <\/strong>“Eradicate Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking and Child Labor” |<\/span> Target 8.10<\/strong> “Universal Access to Banking, Insurance and Financial Services” \u2192 It is unusual for Africa’s poorest people to have bank accounts. The One Planet Paper\u00ae\ufe0e (banana paper) and related products are developed in collaboration with more than 30 printing companies, designers, paper product manufacturers, paper mills and environmental experts in developed countries<\/em>, and people and farmers from local villages in Africa.
